The ReplyBox repo emits a docs notification when a PR lands on development or main. The payload carries the PR number, title, URL, source branch, target branch, and SHA.

Source repo
The ReplyBox repo emits a docs notification when a PR lands on development or main. The payload carries the PR number, title, URL, source branch, target branch, and SHA.
Wiki repo
The wiki repo receives repository_dispatch type sync-docs-update. The receiver checks the source allowlist before generating any documentation changes.
Wiki pages
Terra compares the PR files with the wiki catalog. Sol then reads each selected page in full, rewrites the matching source-of-truth block, and reviews every changed claim against the PR evidence.
Workflow path
The source workflow calls the GitHub dispatch API for utopiabuilder/replybox-wiki. This repo checks out the requested wiki branch, runs .github/scripts/update_wiki_docs.py, commits generated markdown changes, and pushes them back to the wiki repository.

Branch behavior
developmentUse this for work that has merged into the development release line. The technical ledger should show the PR target branch as development.
mainUse this for production-ready or release PRs. The technical ledger should show the PR target branch as main.
The receiver writes to the configured wiki target branch, normally main, so Wiki.js can pull the latest documentation commit.
Required settings
The pipeline only auto-syncs when both repos have the expected GitHub and OpenAI settings. If the workflow was only working after manual Run Workflow, this is the first checklist to inspect.

Where to check
After a source PR syncs, check Technical Updates for the PR row and branch metadata. Durable facts should live in their related guide section, not as loose duplicate update blocks. Check What's New for public-facing release notes. If page markdown changed but the live wiki does not show the new styling, paste the updated theme/custom.css into Wiki.js Admin Theme Inject CSS.
